  • Production of Fetal Bovine Serum approaching 10,000 litres per annum
  • 1982 - First shipments of Fetal Bovine Serum to Japan
  • 1982 - Production of Fetal Bovine Serum approaching 12,500 litres per annum

1984 - 1987

  • Animal By-Products introduced - Other Animal Sera introduced
  • Production of Fetal Bovine Serum at 15,000 litres per annum
  • 1986/1987 - First shipments of Fetal Bovine Serum to the United States

1988 - 1989

  • Research commenced into specific Plasma for United Kingdom company
  • Production of Fetal Bovine Serum at 18,000 litres per annum
  • 1989 - New Zealand operations expanded, full range of Bovine Sera and Plasma now produced

1990 - 1991

  • Joint Venture with MIRINZ - established to research value added By-products in New Zealand
  • Production of Fetal Bovine Serum at 25,000 litres per annum
  • Bovine Plasma shipped in large quantity to Ireland

1992 - 1994

  • 1992 Expanding export of Animal By-products
  • 1992 Adding new products in Australia. Calf blood from cattle up to six months old produced to customers's specification
  • 1992 New cGMP Processing plant built in Australia
  • 1993 Commencement of Generic Research Program to add value to Australian Animal By-products
  • 1993 Commissioning of Filtration plant in New Zealand. Customer audit passed.
  • 1994 Quantities of Bovine Sera and Plasma to pharmaceutical manufacturer in Europe reach 350 Tonne per annum

1995 - 1997

  • 1995 First large scale Bovine Serum Albumin batch produced
  • 1996 Adult Bovine Serum shipped in large volumes to pharmaceutical manufacturer in United States of America
  • 1997 First shipment of Fetal Bovine Serum to Korea

1998 - 1999

  • 1998 State of the Art Sterile Filtration plant established in Brisbane

2000 - 2001

  • Achieved ISO Certification
